Udacity is a great MOOC platform and one that I’ve been using for a while. A big plus for Udacity is that I can work through the courses at my own pace. I don’t have to adhere to a weekly schedule like some other MOOCs. The material is always available (not only for the duration of the class). I’ve been going through the courses in the data science path and completed the ‘Intro to Data Science’, ‘Data Wrangling with Mongo DB’, and recently just finished the ‘Data Analysis with R’. I wish the material was a bit more challenge. Most of it have been review (not necessarily a bad thing). I’m planning to start the machine learning courses next. Hope I learn something cool out of it since it is an area that I would like to go into.
